I have been obsessed with the heart for almost a year and a half now;
I have made them in stone, wood and bronze.
While in India I had another heart for Somu to make.
There was no time to do it before my return, so I left without it and have been waiting for it for months. The casting took four weeks and the mail needed five weeks to deliver the parcel. It’s finally here and I’m anxious to start working on it ASAP.

Beatriz,
Does making a heart and sending it to yourself from across the world count as a Valentine?
If so, it's as beautiful as a conceptual work as it is a sculptural object.
It encourages me to take heart with my own work. x pmg
Hi Patrick,
I think you're right, it counts as a valentine so much as life as an art form.
